Soundboard glued to body

To avoid any risk of the soundboard coming loose, the ends of the principal braces are inserted into the kerfing (mahogany reinforcement where the soundboard is joined to the sides). The same will be done for the struts on the bottom.

Dovetail mortise-and-tenon joint. The body is now completed. The binding has been glued on, and the mortise has been cut. The truss rod extends into the upper part of the soundboard. It can be adjusted through the soundhole.
